Application Guidelines

Application Temperature:
Above 20°F (-7°C)
Service Temperature Range:
-40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C)
Method of Application:
Cartridge/caulking gun
Tooling Time:
For a 1/4" bead, approximately 10-15 minutes
Working Surfaces:
1. Surfaces must be clean and free of any material that may prevent adequate adhesion. 2. Cut tip to desired bead width and shape and place in cartridge gun. 3. Apply generously as needed. It is the sole responsibility of the user to thoroughly test any proposed use with all substrates to determine project suitability.
Painting:
The sealant should be dry to the touch and ready to paint in 2 hours
Cleanup:
Clean uncured material with xylene or equivalent solvent. After curing, excess sealant must be cut or scraped away. Follow solvent vendor's precautions when using solvents.

Limitations:
Air, sealant and surface temperature should be above 20°F. Cure time is dependent upon ambient conditions including temperature and humidity. The sealant should be dry to the touch and ready to paint in 2 hours. Do not thin or use for exterior glazing. For best results, store in a dry location at or below 75°F.
